Bill White & Farouk Shami to debate Feb. 8! Bill White & Farouk Shami will participate in a live debate on Monday, Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. The hour-long debate will be held at the joint studio of CBS 11-KTVT and TXA-21 in east Fort Worth. You can submit a question for the debate on the Texas Debates Web site. How to view the debate: The Texas Debates will be streamed live at Texasdebates.org. The Web site will also provide a list of stations carrying the debate as that information becomes available. Spanish language translation of the debate will be streamed online after broadcast at texasdebates.org and univision.com.
